Delete Account & Data

You can request the complete deletion of your RunAi account and all associated data. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data that will be permanently deleted:

  • Your user profile and authentication credentials
  • All recorded running activities (distance, duration, pace, notes)
  • Training plans and AI-generated tips history
  • Subscription information stored in the App (any active subscription is cancelled immediately; if it is a paid Stripe subscription, you receive a proportional refund for the unused days)
  • App preferences and settings
⚠️ Important

This action is irreversible. Once confirmed, all your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Data Retention

After confirmation, the data listed above is permanently and immediately deleted. Two exceptions: invoices and your customer record at Stripe are retained for the period required by tax legislation, and anonymized aggregated data (with no way to identify you) may be retained for statistical purposes. See section 2.5 of the Privacy Policy.
