Delete Account & Data

You can request the complete deletion of your RunAi account and all associated data. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data that will be permanently deleted:

  • Your user profile and authentication credentials
  • All recorded running activities (distance, duration, pace, notes)
  • Training plans and AI-generated tips history
  • Subscription information and payment history references
  • App preferences and settings
⚠️ Important

This action is irreversible. Once confirmed, all your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Data Retention

After confirmation, all personal data will be permanently and immediately deleted. Anonymized, aggregated data (with no way to identify you) may be retained for statistical purposes.
